Iganyana Bush Camp

• While the bush camp is in session, the bush camp and Exclosure fencing will be electrified 24 hours a day.

• The EEO will notify the Head Keeper when the bush camp will be occupied.
• The Head Keeper will assign staff to inspect educational exclosure fences during those dates.
• Dog Keeper staff will complete an inspection of the exclosure fences shortly before educational activity sessions:
• Day 1 once, by 14:00
• Middle Day(s) twice, by 06:30 and by 14:00
• Last Day: once, by 06:30

• The Dog Keeper will notify the EEO by radio or in person if:
• There is a breach in any educational exclosure fence
• There is spoor showing that a dangerous species of wildlife has entered the educational exclosure.
• The EEO will modify the program to keep children out of the educational exclosure until it is deemed secure.
• Dog Keeper staff will
• search for signs that there is no (longer) dangerous wildlife in the educational exclosure
• repair any breach as soon as possible.
• The Dog Keeper will alert the EEO when the educational exclosure is considered safe again.
